We are now looking for a Corporate Compliance Officer to join the team at our Head Office in Stockholm.
Tasks and Responsibilities
In this position, you will oversee the development and adequate functioning of the compliance function of Medicover. You will be working closely with the group’s General Legal Counsel (also based in Stockholm) and be part of the legal team, consisting of 50 persons throughout the group, based in various jurisdictions in Central & Eastern Europe, Germany and India.
As the Corporate Compliance Officer, you will be further developing the compliance function of Medicover. You are responsible for identifying and assessing compliance risks group-wide. Your tasks include but are not limited to:
– Developing and maintaining internal policies, guidelines and implementation procedures as well as training relating to these, either directly or through a network of specialists.
– Continuously monitoring and following up compliance in the operations.
– Advising and supporting the business regarding the regulatory framework applicable to the group’s operations.
– Implementation of laws and regulations, as well as internal policies, guidelines and processes.
– Reporting to the Group Executive Committee and the Board of Directors (Board sub-committees) in case of any incident.
Profile and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a Swedish law degree or other relevant academic degree. You should have least 7 years of experience from compliance work at a corporation. You have experience from working in an international environment and possess good knowledge and practical experience in the areas of anti-corruption, whistleblowing and supply chain management/third party management. Experience in competition law and GDPR is a plus.

Further, excellent communication skills in Swedish and English are a must.
