Work with Europe’s leading entrepreneurs as General Counsel at Creandum

Creandum is now looking for a commercially minded General Counsel, who will be responsible for all internal legal and compliance matters including managing all legal aspects of investments and exits together with external legal counsels in various countries as well as Creandum fund, compliance, and employment regulation matters.
As General Counsel, you will be working closely with the Creandum Operating Partner and investment advisory team in an open, high-energy and international environment. You will be based in our office in central Stockholm.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a driven person who wants to be part of our journey to build the leading venture capital firm in Europe. We think you are analytical and diligent with a commercial mindset allowing you to adopt a pragmatic approach and align legal requirements with business needs. Hopefully, you share our interest in helping founders build globally successful companies.
- University degree (or similar) with specialisation in Law (Master of Laws, LL.M.)
- At least 3–5 years of professional legal experience, primarily from a corporate law firm in US or Europe
- Experience from M&A, Venture Capital or Private Equity practice is a strong advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- A commercial and analytical mindset is a requirement
